Frills for pages

With CKU right around the corner i thought i would share a technique that i have developed for creating your own paper frills, (you know, the kind that come in your sandwich to hold it all together?)  This technique will be taught in the Beautiful Moments album track by the one and only Megan Hoeppner, I just LOVE her!  SO here goes, i hope you like it!  and if you haven't already signed up for CKU Creating Keepsakes University there is STILL time!!!

You can see at the end that its super easy to create these in any color you desire.  I also thought it would be fun to create one with tissue paper on a sucker stick which turned out better than i hoped.
